Flemeth Update is an unofficial modification of Flemeth' appearance from Dragon Age 2 into Dragon Age: Origins.
It's not a perfect match, but it's about as close as I could get within the limitations of what I have to work with in the Origins toolset.
The wrinkles are pretty much impossible to recreate without a matching texture. And a texture artist, I am not.
She will appear at first as a slightly-mad, yet harmless old crone, since that is what Alistair's mocking dialogue implies: "This is a dreaded 'Witch of the Wilds'?"
However, when you encounter her in Morrigan's dream sequence, or when you confront her for Morrigan's personal quest, she will appear in her true form.
